April starts with a kick at the PR! This weekend, we’re doubling down on flavor with our featured Adobo Burger and Al Pastor Burrito, available through Tuesday, April 7, 2026. Plus, the first weekend of the month is here, which means Chef Jesús Romero’s Mexican Weekend dinner specials—featuring handmade tamales, chile rellenos, and rare scotch pairings—return Thursday, April 2, 2026, at 5 p.m.

Whether you’re stopping in for a quick lunch or a late-night bite, these two powerhouse features are available all day:

Adobo Burger: A seasoned patty topped with pepper jack cheese, guac, chipotle mayo, bacon, lettuce, and onions on a toasted sesame seed bun ($16.95 for 4 oz / $17.95 for 6 oz).

Al Pastor Burrito: Marinated pork, refried black beans, guac, onions, cilantro, pineapple, and salsa verde ($16.95).

Mexican Weekend Dinner Specials

Chef Jesús Romero is back in the kitchen with his monthly curated menu. These items are served with rice and refried beans, and you can mix and match your favorites:

  • The Main Event: Adobo de Pollo – Served with rice, pinto beans, and house-made tortillas ($23.95).
  • The Combo (Pick 1, 2, or 3): Choose from Chile Relleno with tomato sauce, Rajas Tamales in a corn husk, or Empanadas de Pollo with salsa verde and queso cotija.
  • From the Grill: 12 oz NY Strip, Ribeye, or 8 oz Filet Mignon ($45.95).
  • The Sweet Finish: Caramel Tres Leches Cake with whipped cream or our classic Sticky Toffee Pudding.

Behind the Bar

We’ve selected specific pairings to complement these bold flavors:

  • Featured Cocktail: The Devil’s Margarita – Blanco tequila, lime, and agave with a red wine float ($12).
  • Featured Wine: Atteca Old Vine Garnacha, Spain ’21 ($13 glass / $50 bottle).
  • Rare Scotch Features: For the peat lovers, we are pouring half-features of Octomore 14.3 ($38) and Port Charlotte 18yr ($27).
