From Thursday, July 31, through Saturday, August 2, 2025, Chef Jesus Romero invites guests to enjoy a curated menu of vibrant summer dishes, crafted with the freshest local ingredients. From peach-topped burrata to pan-seared North Carolina trout and decadent housemade desserts, each course reflects a commitment to quality, flavor, and seasonal inspiration. Thoughtful wine pairings, classic cocktails, and featured single malt Scotch selections round out the experience for a memorable weekend at Players Retreat.
