A Fresh Taste of the Weekend: Welcoming Chef Jean Paul Fontaine

New Flavors, New Faces

There is a fresh energy buzzing in the Players Retreat kitchen this week, and we couldn’t be more excited to share the reason why. We are thrilled to introduce our new Executive Chef, Jean Paul Fontaine.

While Chef Jean Paul is currently busy settling in and perfecting his station, we’ll be sharing more of his professional journey and story soon. For now, we’re letting his craft do the talking. Starting tonight, we are debuting his very first weekend specials menu—a vibrant collection of dishes that celebrate seasonal flavors and classic techniques. The weather is looking spectacular (if a bit warm!), making it the perfect time to grab a table and enjoy a meal that feels both elevated and approachable.
