Good Drinks, Good Company: Christmas Day Potluck at Players Retreat
On Christmas Day (Thursday, Dec. 25, 2025), Players Retreat will be closed for regular service—but the doors are still open for one of our favorite traditions: the annual community Christmas Potluck. Gus will be cooking his traditional holiday ham, Ana and Tilly will be behind the bar, and the bar opens at 6 p.m. 🎄🍹
Guests are invited to bring a dish to share or simply stop by with an appetite and some holiday cheer. We’ll have a sign-up sheet at the restaurant for potluck dishes, or you can call us at 919-755-9589 and we’ll gladly add your name and dish to the list. It’s a relaxed, welcoming way to celebrate Christmas with neighbors, friends, and the Players Retreat family—we hope to see you there.
